Heating Failed

first I have a more 3D printer (Ender 3V2) and never had any problem with...

I have a Geeetech A10 printer, with 3 extruders... (for the more color function)
I print something 1 one color, and that went okay... 1 thing with color gradient also went well...
But now for a couple of days, I try to print in 2 colors, but every time I get after a while a heating error...

I see E1 heating (blinking at a color change) and when it's almost there... is at 200... at 197 / 200 starts flashing faster... then it stops adding up, and suddenly starts counting down to 194 or something, and then beep... and then this error

How comes? and what to do about it?
