z axis don't move correctly

Hi!

I'm a newbie in 3D printing, this A10M is my first 3D printer, and I have some problems with the first printing. It started the printing, but looks like doesn't move up. So I only got some messy thing on the base, like it doesn't stick there, or I don't know.

I want to print as a test this file: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2656594/files from ABS.

Should I lose some screw on the z-axis or what should I do?
