I've tried almost everything to resolve my expulsion problem, but without success?

Since I changed my fibre (same material PLA, various shades and manufacturers) I began to expect massive displacement. To check if it was a fault in the printer or, alternatively, in the material, I embedded part of the earlier fibre and the printer was still under-ejected.
I tried every arrangement I could see on the internet. I cleared the sink and when that didn't help, I turned it. Still didn't help with any imagination. I tried increasing the stream to 110% in my slicer but that had no effect. I set the temperature to 210 ° C but that didn't solve the problem for the same reason.
I no longer have the faintest idea what to do. Please assume you know the answer to this problem and do not take the time to share it. I'm confused. I use the Geeetech A10 printer with a Bowden extruder, feed it with conventional 1.75 PLA and cut with Cura 4.4.1
