Sculpture printing with Geeetech A10?

I'm a 3d modeler (zbrush, blender, autodesk,etc..) and I just got a Geeetech 10A for my birthday. I was wondering if you could help me with some questions:
First of all, set up. I'm really out of 3d printing and my main question is which material should I use for best results, as well as which parameters should I focus on. Secondly, I was wondering if there are specific modifications for the geeetech focusing on sculpture.
My main idea is to paint them after printing (kinda Warhammer ways), but again, i don't really know the optimal usage of paint and/or if paint chemicals will mess up the printing material.omegle xender
I'm aware that i may won't get excellent results, but I really wanna try to take it to the limits and see what it can do.
Thank you!
