a10m firmware update problem. Hot-end will not heat

Hi,
I just installed this firmware update for my A10m as from the geeetech page :

The hot-end will not heat up. The bed does but then heating fails.
Is there a fix for this?
I am also looking for a hex firmware version that I can roll back to.
As you can see from the upside down photos, the bed heated to 65C. Also, the temp of the hot-end is showing as -14. Weird.
Any help appreciated.
