Marlin 2.0.9 and BlTouch

Hi. I have an A10 running Marlin 2.0.9 firmware with a BLTouch. All is working really well except for an annoying issue. When running the auto bed levelling process the hot end starts at front left correctly, does the first 4 checks fine, when moving to the far right for check 5 the carriage (hot end) hits the right hand structure. It doesn't happen on checks 10,15,20 or 25 as those steps are now lost.
Not sure what to change in Marlin source. (Using VSCode and PlatformIO) Any help gratefully received.
