For Christmas, I got a new Geetech A10 printer and I'm new to it all.

Is it possible for anyone to tell me why my machine refuses to accept its existence? They see what I don't. No program I've used sees it plugged in, and every tutorial glosses over the connection. I've been trying Easyprint, Cura, and Pronterface.

Hello, please try to install the driver by referring to the link below. If it still does not work, it may be a problem with the motherboard. Please contact your seller to replace the motherboard.
