My A10 does not work well

After smoking the motherboard, I have no idea why, I swapped the motherboard and driver. Now I have even more problems

Now my A10 only travels halfway. no matter if X, Y or Z if I move it manually or level, it only moves halfway. I only had the 1.8 on it, now Merlin 2.0. Nothing has changed. The stepper motors keep cracking, nothing fits.
In addition, when I connect the 3D daughter, the motor starts smoking on the X-axis.

The board is the GT 2560 V3.0 Protocol 1.0

Auto Bed Leveling (3D-Toch) is also installed

Can someone tell me what to do?

I also read something that the drivers should be set to 1.0V, how does that work.

I've done that in the meantime. The stepper motors for X and Y rattle, the whole printer vibrates.
