A10 Pro 3D Touch problem - Extruder head too high

I hope someone can help me to get my 3D Touch to work

My printer is an A10 Pro. I bought it in January 2021

I've installed new firmware using the Geeetech firmware tool. The firmware is A10_G05_V11.8_2-3DTOUCH.hex
The firmware seems to be working correctly, it shows the BL Touch menu.

I followed the Geeetech video on installing the 3D Touch and successfully tested it using the BL Touch Self-Test so I know it is wired up correctly.

The problem is with the set up. I've followed the video about 100 times and still can't get it to work.
When I try to print something the printer will go through its auto level routine and then start printing, but the print head will always be too high resulting in a failed print.

If anyone can give me a step by step method on how to set up the 3D Touch I would be very grateful. I've tried to follow multiple YouTube videos but none of them help.

Thanks.

I have the same issue with my a10m. Had someone message me on reddit saying it was a marlin config issue. " it could be that the BABYSTEP_ZPROBE_OFFSET is not active in your firmware". He didn't give me any help though with how to solve the issue.. so I am still at a loss. If you manage to find a solution, please let me know and I'll post back here if I solve it too.

Cheers, and good luck!
