We just received our A10M this week. The LCD was working fine but when I did a firmware update to install the 3Dtouch it resulted in my lcd screen just containing black blocks.
I've tried multiple options using files from the Geeetech website to see if I could fix it. No luck. I've tried updating with the firmware tool and files suggested, through Cura, through DesignCode, using Mac and PC. Nothing is working. My PC and Mac both recognize the printer when I connect it with usb.
Any insight or help would be very much appreciated. We're very new to this and excited to start some projects! Thanks!

i am experncing the same exact issue with my a10m after frimwear update all of the sudden my screen wont show anything but the black 2rows squares ive sent an email to the support and waiting for them to answer any luck with you on ur end
