A10M Extruder Issues

Hi All,

This is my first time posting and I am extremely new to the world of 3d printing. For the last week or so all I seem to do is read about it and watch YouTube LOL

I have recently got hold of a A10M printer. For some reason I cannot get the 2nd extruder running. The LCD only says 1 extruder. Cura wont let me print to it either!

I have downloaded marlin 1.1.8 again and installed via cura and had no success.

does anyone have any suggestions or where to start? do you think an upgrade to marlin 2 may resolve this?

I am extremely green at the moment so go easy please. I have 1000s of questions if anyone has experience with this printer or knowledge of cura.
