Blown Motherboard?

New to printing so thanks in advance for the understanding!
I’ve dug around the forums a bit and saw that 3 LEDs is the standard for first step troubleshooting. Seems like I’m getting 1 LED so I’d imagine this going to be a blown Mobo?
If so can anyone guide me to which part to order or next steps?
