Newbee printing problems

Hi All,
I recently purchased an A10 and following assembly and brief intro, I managed to print out a couple of random trial objects.
However, the printer has developped a problem where the filament feed stepper motor 'judders' every 2-4 senonds resulting in a poor filament feed and no printing. Any ideas?

Hello, it may be that your extruder is loose. You can observe whether the screws are loose and you can adjust them with a screwdriver. It may also be that your printing speed is too fast. The printing speed can be adjusted.
