A10M Filament clogging continuously

Hello, Purchased the A10M and am not thrilled with the filament extruder. I continue to attempt to run a part and the filament does not flow properly. Plus I have to level the bed after every part which gives the extruder time to cool off then I have warm it again and it clogs again. Spent way too much time with the issue and am considering returning the printer due to frustration.

The test part(dog) ran well up the neck and then the head did not run properly. It was missing the head.

I have followed the instruction videos and have tried to run my part without success.

Is there a key to keeping the filament flowing between parts? It is a geeetech filament gold color.

When I remove the filament tube located at the heater head the filament is about 1 inch from the end of the tube. When I loaded the filament it was at the end. It seems to be flowing backwards.

I am a bit unhappy with how complicated it is.

Also per the instructions on the filament I removed the filament from the tube when I am done printing for the day so I dont get the curly tip, clogging problem.

Any help would be good as I am considering returning the printer.

Thank you
