Geeetech A10M Feeding issues, need help!!

So I purchased this A10M last week and I am having major feeding issues. My filament stops feeding halfway through a print every time. I have narrowed down the issue to the feeding motor gear. It will start feeding filament, then eventually it slips and can't get ahold of the filament again. I have tried every tension setting possible, I have tried positioning the filament in a different spot, i have tried different filaments to see if that was an issue and nothing works. If i tighten the tension to much, It just pinches and tears out the filament. Then when I go to loosen it, I get it to start feeding, but then it eventually looses grip and just spins and spins without feeding. I've probably gone through a quarter spool just trying to get this thing to feed properly, but nothing works. Any ideas?

Hello, this may be a problem with your consumables. Generally, the consumables will not be squeezed when you press the extruder. It may be the consumables are oxidized. It is recommended to replace the consumables and try. :D

I will try another filament when I get home, but I have already tried 2 different kinds. The first one that it originally failed on was a brand new, fresh out of the sealed bag, spool. Does anyone have more suggestions in case this doesn't work?
