Heater Block Cooling Fan(s)

I have an A10M Dual Extruder printer. I've been having clogging problems on the right side (E0). I removed the bowden tube and cleaned it out, ran some nylon filament through to clear the blockage and I noticed there is just 1 fan on the heater block (left side only). Isn't there supposed to be 2 fans on either/ both sides of the heater block (inside cage) and a part cooling fan on the front? Could this be contributing to the clog due to heat creep?

If this isn't the problem, any suggestions on how to deal with one side clogging? Thanks!

Hello, only one side has a fan is a new model and does not affect the cooling.
The reason you said may be that the Teflon tube is not inserted to the bottom of the hot end or the printing temperature is too low? It is recommended to set to 210°C. :D
