Super plate Question

So I’ve recently had an extruding problem which I seem to have finally overcome. I have now found however my prints are starting to warp after my around layer 3, I’m using a brim & the first few layers are fine before it starts to lift. I’m using hairspray (lots of it) on my super plate which originally was fine but not now. When I’ve cleaned my super plate using just hot water it seems that the coating is coming off. Is this normal? I’ve ordered some rubbing alcohol to give it a proper clean & also some 3DLac to stop the warping but just wondering if I’ve done something wrong or perhaps a faulty plate? It seems some use nothing on the super plate and others just hairspray or glue stick. Not sure why this is suddenly happening. Thanks

I found that after slicing in Cura 4.4.1 and looking at the G-code, the fan is turning on at a slow speed at the first layer and increases a little more on the second layer and goes to full speed on the third layer. This was causing curling of the outside edge of the print, even though I had selected for the fan not to come on until layer 3. I used Repetier Host to edit out the M106 commands at the first and second layer and the curling problem went away on my Super Plate. My bed temp is set at 60 degrees. In Cura 4.6.2, that I use on on My A10T, this problem does not show up. Fan works just as you set it in the slicer.
