A10T Print Quality

Hi,
After having my motherboard fail and getting a replacement sent out fro Geeetech, I installed it into my A10T and also installed at 3DTouch at the same time. I flashed the firmware over and then went to continue printing with my printer.........only to discover that the quality has diminished to the point of disastrous!!!
I used to get this quality out of my A10T but after replacing the motherboard, installing the 3DTouch and flashing the firmware I got this quality .
I thought that maybe the hot end was blocked so I cleaned it out and set it up for another print........only to get this. I have no idea what is going on, I have tried adjusting the bed level and the nozzle levels, I have even tried changing the details in Repetier-Host what seems to be a thousand times and it just continues to print like the this .
I have even used files that I had sliced prior to the motherboard being changed and the 3D touch added as per this photo, but it still doesn't improve the print quality. .
Where is it all going wrong?? I have checked that all the parts were swapped correctly between the old motherboard and the new one, I have checked all the cabling and physical parts the only thing I can think of is there is a software issue somewhere and it is the same filament that was in the machine before the motherboard failure so I am fairly sure that it is not that.
I use my A10T for my small business projects so I need the quality it was providing before the motherboard failure, can you please help me as I have spent nearly 7 days trying to improve the print quality only for it to continue to give poor quality?
