A10 w/GT2560 V3 replacement LCD showing black bars?

Hi all.
While dinking around with my display, I managed to jank my LCD so that the top row is blank and the second row is incomplete.
I ordered a replacement from Geeetech and, as stated on their purchase page, noted that I needed the LCD for the GT2560 V3 board. I received the replacement but when I connect
omegle xender it to the display cable it shows only two solid bars.
What am I missing? Do I have the wrong LCD?
Yes, I am sure I have a V3 board. I'm running Marlin 1.1.8.

Underscan occurs when a video signal does not reach the edges of your monitor and leaves a black border around the image. Normal broadcast TV content is "overscanned," meaning the image bleeds/scans past the edges of the screen so it fills the entire monitor.

if your A10 or A10M printer LCD do not looks like this, and is GT2560 V3.0 control board, you need LCD 700-001-0996, and LCD cable 37-001-0224. they are not listed on the store, you can buy this and leave a comment for your order you need LCD and cable compatible with GT2560 V3.0 board, we will change your odrer for you, send you the right one.
