3DTouch - Solid Light or Blink While Printing

I need to know if the 3DTouch light should be on continuously or blinking while printing.

Mine blinks and I have had a variety of print failures that possibly related to bad wiring connections. I have replaced the first 2D =Touch and still see issues.

Thanks

UPDATE: One Printer now keeps light on 3DTouch Continuously

I jostled the connectors and now one of the A10 printers manages to keep the 3DTouch light on continuously.

Doing the same thing to the second printer saw no change in the blinking behaviour. Does the blinking indicate a problem or calibration issue?

1)Send the commend "M280 P0 S160" to release the alarm in Repetier Host.
2)Rotate the screw on the top of 3D Touch with a screwdriver to lift up the NEEDLE,cuz the NEEDLE may drop down a little somehow.
3)Keep rotating the screw until it reaches a critical point, and the point i mean is the LED will turn off if you continue to turn it a bit towards that direction.

Thanks, William. I will try that this evening.

But, that brings up another problem. I have never been able to connect any of my A10 printers to EasyPrint or Repetier Host no matter what driver I've tried. I can, however, just create a .gcode file with the commands. :)

Hi,you can replace the USB cable or check whether the interface is connected properly.
