I have downloaded what I think are the correct drivers for my A10 with GT2560 V3.0. There is no writing that I can discern on the chip. But, here is an image that shows the board that is in my A10.

If your USB communication chip is ch340, you can refer to this link.
Windows
Supports x86 and x64 (including user instructions)
http://www.wch.cn/download/CH341SER_ EXE.html
Mac
Supports x86 and x64 (including user instructions)
http://www.wch.cn/download/CH341SER_ MAC_ ZIP.html
Linux
Supports x86 and x64 (including user instructions)

You can also change the computer or connect the cable to try. If the driver is installed correctly and still can't be used, it may be a problem with the motherboard.

Aside from the shape, which appears to be a ch340, there are no discernable markings with which to determine the chip. So, I am only guessing that it's a ch340.
The computer beeps when connected to the A10; but, tells me the drivers are not working.

Hi,it is CH340.
Have you downloaded and installed the driver?
If so, you can try another computer or data cable.
If none of the above solutions work, it should be a motherboard interface problem.
You can contact the salesperson on the platform to replace the motherboard.
