hello all i'm having some issues. i have been trying to attempt a dual color test print. when it starts temp is fine then part way through print temp drops and locks up printer to the point were i have to abort the print and reset the printer to get it to respond again.

Do you mean that the temperature drops during the printing process and you cannot continue printing?
