A10M calibration cube.
A10M calibration cube.
New A10M owner here. I’ve had this machine for about 2 weeks now. Bought it to produce parts for vintage motorcycles. (small part of my existing business) I’ve been using Ender 3’s and Ender 5’s to produce theses two color parts but the filament changes can be time consuming. So far this printer has done ok right out of the box. Any tips for settings after seeing this calibration cube? Running Solutech translucent blue PETG. Temps are 235 nozzle and 70 on the bed. Speed is at 40mms with no fan. I’ve also attached a picture of a part for a customer. Looking to get rid on the “travel” lines on this. Mainly does it when moving hole to hole across the cover. Z hop and jerk control are not enabled. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Re: A10M calibration cube.
Hi,the first thing to check when encountering scratches is that the consumables are squeezed out too much.
If you are sure that your consumables output is correct, but the problem of scratches still occurs, then you can turn on the "retract vertical lift" option in the slicing software.
It should be noted that the print head will only be lifted vertically at the position where there is a drawback.
If you want to ensure that each cross has a vertical lift, then you need to make sure to close the drawback only when crossing the open space "and" minimum return " Pumping distance "option.
Hope to help you.
