Cannot connect A10 GT2560 V3.0 to serial port

Device Manger returns this message after running CH341SER.EXE and checking device manager.
This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device.
Object Name already exists
Try to connect with EasyPrint fails with this message.
The connection failed with the following error. The semaphore timeout period has expired.
