Extruder calibration A10M

Hi, I try to calibrate my extruder, with the E0 I extract 100mm and the result is exact, but with the E1 it extrude ony 85mm, I use the allen screw on the side but I not able to get better result, my printer is brand new......how I can solve this issue?

Yes I,ve done that for my E0 but for the other extruder I can't do this because A10M have only 1 E parameter for the step configuration....I think the hot end is block on one side.....i'm so disapointed because I've own this printer 2 week and there is already block...

Hi, If the hot end is blocked,
You need to clean it with a cleaning tool,
The Teflon tube needs to be fully inserted.
