Pinout for new extruder extension board on A10M

I am wondering if anybody has the pinout for the new extruder extension board that is shipping with the newer A10M printer. Ultimately I am looking to hook up a BLTouch, but would also be interested in the full pinout. I have attached pics below. Thanks in advance.
