What is a good recommendation for a stepper motor that is quieter than the stock? I would like to make the printer a little more quiet.
Thanks

Probably the tmc2208.
Good luck finding out how to install them correctly.
You need to update firmware or change the pin out on the board plugins .
I was given this info by a geeetech employee , but I don’t think it is correct. It’s a picture of the pin layout.
But I don’t have a hosting service .

Thanks. I am currently using your build of marlin. It's great. Thank you!

Is that an easy upgrade or a "buy another printer"? assuming not changing the motors in an A10T.

drop in tmc in standalone mode.
That is very cryptic answer.
I want to use your latest build, I guess you need to download vscode and an extension?
