Hi,
Running into another issue, seems to appear when using support. I already re-leveled the bed twice and still on the right side of a plate prints parts are being knocked off. What can cause that?
Thanks

Hi,
Did you install 3d touch? Is it calibrated?

No, I didn't. Is there instructions on how to do it?
Thanks

Hi,You need to level the hot bed and see if the hot bed itself is correct.

I had a problem with the thermal pad shipped with the printer. When I installed it, I had air bubbles under it, which caused a wavy surface. The bed was level in the corners, but had waves in the middle. After messing the pad with razor scraper making a hole at a bubble, I replaces the pad with 4mm glass. The Swiss clips kept popping off, so I had a can or platen spray for screen printing and gave a small mist on both the glass and aluminum, moved the limiter switch for the new thickness. Now I'm much more happy with the platform. The glass is 4mm thick and flat, while securely mounted to the aluminum base. The glass is easier to separate the part, but requires something to help for adhesion. I use a glue stick for adhesion, which I clean off with the razor scraper or a damp paper towel.
I'm also setting up octoprint, where I use an old PC to connect to the USB of the printer, then I can send files from any computer on the internet. I'm currently printing off a mount for an old cell phone to sit on a tripod, so I can record a video of the print, where I can review what went wrong. I'd also like to be able to look in on a print and hit cancel.
