Does that A10T have discs that need to be removed like the A10M for retraction?

I'm aware of the retraction setting, but while reading the posts on retraction and stringing, I found a post describing the discs that need to be removed from another model and wonder if it is also true for the A10T. I've done tests bracketed processes, changing the setting every 10mm and really don't see much of a difference, except between no retraction and any values used for retraction 1mm looks the same of 6, and 10mm/s looks the same as 40mm/s.

I'd prefer not to have to take things apart, unless it is needed. I'm still working up the nerve to swap nozzles.
