heating failed half hour into dual print

Hi all only just got a a10m printer so im very new to this done a few good prints, in single colors, but as soon as I try a dual print an hour into the print the led shows HEATING FAILED PRINTER HALTED PLEASE RESET, this only happens on the dual print? I can print with the left extruder and the right ok? im slicing with cura, does anybody have any ideas? many thanks in advance

Hi，You can check if your thermistor connection is loose.
-Keep your mind and try to test it. :)
