Upgraded and now I can't reflash

I upgraded my filament motor, gears, and put tmc2208's in today and when i went to reflash i keep getting this error.

I have tried every single firmware on my computer through vs code and cant get any to take. I have tried changing the board as well. Some had a ramps 14 on it and it would flash but i would get the blank screen and printer is unusable. I just want my previous flash back on with my motors reversed so i can get printing again. I have been at it for over 5 hours and have scoured the internet with no help.
Can anyone please help me get this sorted out?
