A10M BedLeveling issues Shift Y Layer

Post by DarkSorat » Thu Jan 09, 2020 9:41 pm

Hi at all,

I say sorry for my bad english, i need to improve it, and i'm new i this beautiful world of 3d printing so i ask for your professional help.

I bought recently an A10M printer, after a few times i bought a 3DTouch Sensor for make a "perfect" print.
Update software at (Marlin 1.1.8 for 3dTouch)

i've installed following the guide and work it, when i press "prepare ->auto home" the nozzle go first out of the bed and after in the middle making two rise in the z axis, but when i make "prepare ->bed leveling" the sensor make the same in the middle of plate and after start with the corners
(first: front-left, second: front-middle, third: front-rigth) after this when try to go to check (middle-left, middle-middle, middle-rigth) it's seems the plate(Y-Axis) is blocked making a bad noise and restart to check the same point (first: front-left, second: front-middle, third: front-rigth).

At first view i thought it was a problem with the step-motor or with the belt but if i try to move with "prepare->moveAxis->moveAxisY" work it correctly
