I recently had to replace my hotend extruder since it just burned out.

After that the sled is somehow shaky and not really fixed on the bar.

Does anyone have an idea how to fix that?

Hi, Are you referring to your hot end housing,
You can check if your three upper and lower pulleys are fastened,
Check your x-axis guide for problems.
If there is a problem with the guide rail, it needs to be replaced.

thanks for the fast reply.

they all are fastened. double checked several times.
it is just, that the hole thing has like 1-2 mm room to slightly tilt up and down. hasn't been before disassembling and i can't figure out what I did wrong.

Hi, It may be caused by disassembly,
You can tighten it properly.
