Purchased my first dual extruded printer a Geeetech A10m.
I had major issues getting anything to print. No matter what I did I couldn’t get an even flow of extruded filament.
On closer inspection I noticed that during the manufacturing process the nozzle was put in to the body of the hot end poorly and had cross threaded an seized. I was getting melted filament coming out between the nozzle and the hotend body.
I attempted to remove the nozzle and ended up damaging the hotend beyond use. This is very disappointing and I am now stuck with a faulty printer and having to replace the entire Hot-end. A cost that I could really do without as I blew my low budget buying the printer.
I wondered if anyone else has had the same issue with poor build quality
Many thanks.

Re: A10m Hotend Nightmare
@smurph - I've had the same issue. My filament flow was very uneven and, after successfully making other adjustments over about 2 weeks, replacing the nozzle was the last thing I needed to do to. Except when I tried to unscrew it (after heating it up as per the Youtube video), it wouldn't budge. I used their provided wrench, an adjustable wrench I bought specifically to help with this, and then also tried a set of pliers.
Rather than succeeded, this nozzle has completely stripped and is now more of a circle. than a hexagon. In addition, in my attempt to unscrew this, I've damaged the heating block beyond use. It's ridiculous.
I've raised an issue with Banggood. But a week later and I'm still going back and forth with them with no solution on the table yet.
In addition, the BL touch I was given came with no instructions on how to connect it. After I finally connected it, it worked one time and now doesn't come on anymore. Sigh
