Hi ,,,

I've got a Geeetech A10M Printer From About 4 Months Ago and every thing was ok until i made a shortage on the bed bottom by the holding clips (by mistake) from this moment my printer is going crazy

When i heat up the nozzle G-Code Or PreHeating the Printer Starts Heating Fine With The Regular Speed until it reaches 104 Degrees then the heating up is starts to slow down , i maximum go up to 120 degrees and the printer gives me (HEATING FAILED , PRINTER HAULTED)

I Replaced Both The Thermistor & The Heater Cartridge And Tried Again ,, The Same Behavior But I Reached 170 degrees this time

A friend told me to try to send this gcode M303 E0 S200 C3 and the printer made the same behavior

Most People Say This is a Controler Board Issue ,, Can Any One Help Me With This Please

And If i needed any spare parts from Geeetech it self ,, What can i do ,, iam From Egypt and i dont know if it possible to ship it here or not

Thanks

Hi, You can check if your hot end thermistor is fully connected.
And measuring the thermistor at the hot end,

If you don't have a multimeter, try unplugging the hot end cable from the motherboard.
Check if the temperature display is -14°,
If it is not displayed as a negative value, there is a problem with the motherboard.
It needs to be replaced.

If you need to replace parts, you can contact your sales.
If you are buying at an agent, you may need to contact yourself.

I hope this can help you.

Yes i dont have a voltmeter unfortunately

Now I removed both hotend and bed cables from the controler board and the printer reads -14/0 in both

Does that means that the controler board is ok ???

And i've changed both thermistor (100 Kohm) and the heater cartridge (24v 40w - 6x20mm) .. and the problem still exists .. what else should i do ????

Note : i couldn't find the 6x30mm heater cartridge anywhere here .. can that be the problem ??!!!!

And want to order parts from the website it self .. do u support shipping to egypt ?
