I’m newbie in site and 3 d printer world. I have bought A10 and bltouch. While I mounting bltouch there happened and spark A10 went off. Fan of power supply works and there is one light on motherboard. But rest is blank. What could be the problem and what should I do? I am really disappointed I could not use it once.

Hello.

First of all, I would like to say that you have prepared a very professional description of your problem. ;)

On the photo of the controller's board I can see a lack of readiness for 5V voltage. The indicator lamp is not lit.

You can try to disconnect all cables to the periphery.
If you have a multimeter, you can measure the main voltages.
If 5V is still missing, contact your dealer and ask them to replace the controller.

It would be a good idea to diagnose the cause of the malfunction so that the situation does not happen again in the future.

First of all, thank you for your reply. I will try your multimeter advice as soon as possible. I ve bought the printer on Banggood and I don’t think they will help me about this. I disconnected all but still nothing. I guess I should buy a new control board, right?

Hi.

It is possible that the controller board is damaged.
Probably it can be repaired easily if you are not afraid of electronics.
Still, it is worth asking your seller.

Turkey is a beautiful country, but I don't live there. ;)

Hi rocknstorm

After consulting my friend from the forum (Kat) we have a common point of view on your problem. :D

It is possible that one of the fuses on the controller board is worn out.
On the pictures you can't see exactly that two LED kntrolls (VBED +VDC) are lit.
If the VDC lamp does not light up it means the fuse is blown and there is no 5V power supply.
;)

You ertesi right it was about the 10A Fuss. After replacing the fuse the printer came to life. Now I have some firmware problems. Thank you very much. Take care.
