I've just bought a A10 and installed. Everything seems fine, but the screen doesn't work. It is turned off, if I move the cable, sometimes it turns on for less than a second. I am going to contact the support as the cable might be damaged, but first I wanted to know if there is something I can do myself.

HI, you can try removing the screen cable to see if it is damaged, then check if the three lights are on normally when the printer is turned on. If the motherboard and cable are OK, you can reconnect the screen cable for viewing.
