Newb Issues

Hey everyone!
I just got the A10 as a gift and I've run into some issues that I'm hoping are easy fixes:
1. My first print job resulted in two droops on the outer edges. I'm ok with just dremelling these off, but I'm wondering if this is just par for the course for these printers or if there are any setting I may need to adjust.
2. My second job came out fine, it was one small part of a multi piece job, but the second file I attempted to print resulted in the same first small part being printed. All the files were saved into the SD card. Should I just load one part at a time to avoid this?
3. The third job I attempted was a small and highly detailed part, but the part becomes removed from the plate by the head. The part prints up with small supports for the actual item. Is there not enough surface area to kept the item fixed into the plate? Do I have my head leveled too close to the plate?
Thank you for any tips or advice you can give me!
