A10M Overheating problem

Post by ToyaHSW » Fri Jun 14, 2019 3:01 am

After the first print, I encountered this error.
I can't control the temperature and go up to 270-280 degrees.

What could be the problem?

Hi, maybe you need to replace the thermistor on the motherboard and measure the resistance between the blue and green lines on the hotbed.

Try to use some contact spray.

At the first print I was problem with Z axis, where are bad contacts due oxydation

TIP: tight all screws and wheels (except right side of Z axis) and re-align frame while assembly. And silence it.
