All-Metal Extruders? (For high-temp) And hardened nozzles?

Hi, I'm interested in buying an A10M or A20M, but need to be able to print with higher temperatures (280 degrees C, typical for all-metal FDM extruders) and with abrasive filaments (so need a hardened steel/ruby nozzle). Is anyone aware of easy modifications to make a 2-in-1 mixing nozzle like the A10M's work with both of these?

you will need to totally replace the existing hotend that has a max temp of 250C.
a all metal hotend as you suggested would suit your needs.
Agreed, what I'd like to know is, is there an existing all-metal hotend that works on this printer? Preferably that keeps the 2-in-1 mixing feature (so I can print dissolvable support as well). Thanks in advance.

I believe you can print a prime tower to purge the old material and thereby ensure a thorough material change. Wastes a bit of material but not a huge problem. So are there all-metal hotends for this printer you can recommend??
