Hot End Temp reading incorrect

I have a A 10 printer at first it printed fine then after a week or so the extruder started clicking no filament came out of the hot end,
It works out that now I have to set the temp in the software to 50 degrees above the temp needed.
To print PLA I have to set it to 250 degrees. This is the second printer to do this. The temp reading at the hot end shows 200 degrees when I set it to 250 degrees

Hi,
I have same problem with new A10 just bought this month.
I must set temperature at 250 to print PLA. I use the thermalmeter to read the real temp. of the nozzle and it is ~204 if I set temp at 240.
I think that the firmware reads the temp. not corectly.
Please show me the way to correct it (replace resistor or update the firmware)
