Hi, Have you tried manually checking the number of extruders in the slicing software;
you can also check if the wiring of the extruder is loose. I hope this can help you.

Hi I have checked the wiring
into the main board up to the extruders from plug to plug all looks ok
I then swapped the leads over between motors E0 and E1 and the E1 motor works fine
The easyprint software shows only 1 extruder after connecting to printer and Using Alt P (pic attached)
I suspect one of the following

1/ firmware ?
2/ Motor Driver ? How to test?
3/ Main board ?
Any suggestions on which course to follow first
TIA
Denis

Have tried to update firmware (successfully) same result ver 1.1.8
in axis menu only shows extruder not extruders About printer only shows extruders :1
so that leaves
2/ motor driver ?
3/ main Board ?

Did you ever get this fixed. I'm having the same issue. On the printer I only see Extruder not the Extruder 1, Extruder 2 shown in the menu tree document.

:D Hi, you can check if there are two extruders through the LCD screen.
To determine if your motherboard firmware is the A10M firmware.
If it is the correct firmware,
You can set up the extruder in the slicing software.
