A10m heat break Jammed

My A10m 3d printer has jammed both heat breaks and will not print. I have tried heating it up but the heat break restricted the heat so the blocked plastic did not melt. I cannot figure out how to remove the heat break to clean it out?

Any response is appreciated. I am new to printing so please take that into consideration when replying thank you!
