i am using a A10 and a 3D touch sensor.

how do i level my bed?
i have add a G code (G29) in ultimaker Cura and when it prints it scratches my bed.

¿Did you changed the firmware? I have an a10m and had to upgrade firmware to use the sensor... i guess it´s the same with A10

I did change the firmware .

I looked up Many YouTube clips.
I did the Z offset its 2mm and stored itt.

But the nozzle stil scratch the bed.
