Issue with 2nd filament

Hello,
The A10M is my very first printer and it arrived today. After assembling I directly wanted to start printing the 2 coloured example files but noticed after a while that it only prints with the first filament even though it says on the screen that it was mixing them. Both extruder gears are turning to suck in the filament, but it seemed that the 2nd one somehow get stuck, because it was not moving any further in to the extruder even though the gear was turning. I stopped the printing process then, opened the teflon tube of the 2nd filament and pulled on it to see if it got stuck somewhere, but I could pull it out without any resistance and noticed that it doesn't even melted in the nozzle.
Does anybody know where the problem is and how to fix it?

I think you should tight the feeder screw at first.
You can refer to the FAQ post then adjust it.(See the pin-up post of A10 section)

I have a similar problem with my new A10M and the second feeder (E1).
The filament seems to stuck sometimes, you can hear some clicking noises than.
The gear rasps some notches into the filament and won't be pushed into any further.

The other feeder works without any problems. Sometimes I notice some squeak from the first feeder.

Hi,
I think you can refer to this pic then adjust the feeder spring
