Printer stops and LCD blinks

Hi

I have preheated the printer for PLA.
After few minutes, the printer stopped working and the LCD display started to blink.
I know that similar issues happened when the mirror is fixed with clips. But mine is fixed on the bed using the double-face tape.
I'm using Marlin 1.1.8 firmware with the support of the BLTouch.
Any idea about this problem?

Thanks

Yes I have a multimeter.
Could you please drive me a bit to know exactly what and where to measure?
This problem is erratic and has already failed one of my print.
Right now, the printer is working again as I was able to print a model last evening that took about 6 hours.

Thanks.
The voltage is 24.5 V.
As I said, the printer is now working but I had the issue twice (during a print and during the preheat).

I think you should check the vref of the A4988 at first.
Maybe the motor drivers board overheating.
