Printer faulty? Maybe firmware? (Skip layer and auto-leveling outside the bed)

Windows 7
Geeetech A10 - GT2560 V3
Repetier-Host
Cura-Engine
Marlin 1.1.8 and Marlin 1.1.9 by MikaelID
Material PETG+

Same problems:
1) Z-Axis sometimes "skip" a layer. It is random, as shown in Picture
2) When I try the auto-levelin procedure the left side point (front and rear) exit out of the bed, the right side (front and rear) doesn't reach the corner.
LCD Panel
Left-Side
Right-Side

Also I tryed to update the firmware. Same problems.
I was unable to upload Marlin 2.0 by Vert (LCD begin Empty, seems a crash). Reverted to 1.1.8

I think you should check your temp setting at first.
You can print the temp wall then you can use the correct temp for it.
For the level corner, you need to adjust the lowest point then adjust the other 4 points

Thank you william, I tried other temperature but the problem still there.
For the auto-level, sorry but I didn't understend.
Via LCD I send the command "Auto-level" and it goes outside the bed.

Thanks Vert, I like this printer, but it is unusable. Hoping to solve this problem. I'll follow your suggestions.

Must have done something wrong compiling 2.0 I print test every build. Windows store Arduino won't work and Arduino older then 1.8.8 won't work with 2.0 either. Arduino 1.9 suggested don't forget all dependency library's also. Be sure you have selected the right configuration also many are included. It is highly suggested to read my entire first post and follow directions given.
There are lots of library and I don't know how to install.
Thanks anyway.

Can you make a simple COPY and PAST here, or can you tell me where I need to see?
Thank you in advance, and... sorry, it my firsth printer and my firsth time with arduino.

You spend some time for me, and I know you are NOT a Geeetech empolyed, but should be faster for you (and easier for me) to do a simple Copy and Past o the required library from your post.
About the firmware I has gone there GitHub but I was unable to understand what post was for a specified printer. There are only descriptions.
Thank you anyway Vert, I apreciate your work for Geeetech, bu if I don't solve this problem the printer is unusable and I will send back to amazon.
