a10m firmware - 3d touch

Hi I am new to having to update firmware on 3d printers myself however I have used Arduino software before and have done very basic programing on Arduino boards can some one tell me what firmware I am supposed to use when flashing for a 3d touch I have downloaded the zip file but I have 2 files in the 3d touch option one with the extension .h the other has extension .h.bak any help would be greatly appreciated thank you!Xvideos Xnxx Chaturbate

What is the difference/advantage to going with Marlin 2.0? I'm nervous to put a beta firmware on my machine.
