New A10 - no bootloader?

I bought an A10 last week. I need to update the firmware because the 3dtouch is on the way too, and to adjust the bed offsets, which are completely wrong,

The problem is that apparently this board came without a bootloader, and there is no ISP header on it either, so I can't even update it with a usbasp.

Is this normal for this printer? Can anyone from Geeetech comment on why this printer doesn't come with a bootloader? And if this is considered normal situation, what is the official method for updating the firmware?

Thank you!

Thanks, I already found this topic and located the fpc adapter on aliexpress. However my main question remains unanswered.

Is my board faulty? Shouldn't it have come with a bootloader? Every topic I find here suggests that ppl receive it with a bootloader installed, but I can't find any official information on this.

Ok, I see you are playing the devils advocate here. :)

I only wanted an acknowledgement that Geeetech is at fault here. I didn't say the board is dead. My problem is with the missing arduino bootloader combined with the missing ISP header. Either of these alone wouldn't make it impossible to flash a new firmware, but of course you are right about the how the user can easily lose the bootloader - which raises the question: how could geeetech not add an ISP header to these boards? Incredibly poor decision imo.

I can't even access the advertised build volume of the printer. Bed offset settings are disabled in marlin, and the endstop switches are in fixed positions. Also it's the chinese newyear, so I can wait 1-2 months to have a little adapter that I probably won't use more than once to burn the bootloader (that should have been installed in the first place) then put it in the bottom of the drawer. Or I can solder to the sd card pins, and not wait for this, which is probably what I'm gonna do.
