So this will be the third time that my probe tip has become warped or bent somehow. Guessing it’s from the heat? I dunno sometimes I hear it snagging on a high piece once in a while. I think I’ve seen electric tape wrapped around vertabreakers, is that what this is for?

???... so I brought my bltouch up a lil on the mount. Still trying to get a successful print. This blows. I had three great three hour prints yesterday than the probe tip somehow gets bent and I’m back to zero

Thanks for the response. I just ordered two more replacement tips off amazon. Gonna have to be more careful. Never touch the bltouch tips! I hope I may have swiped it when wiping my nozzle off in a rush before a print maybe.

We have found that the A10 mount for the 3DTouch and BL Touch had to be turned over to provide the needed positioning.
As shipped, on our printers (4 so far), the mount was shipped with the flange down limiting vertical height.
We reversed the mount so that the mounting flange was at the TOP and we could set the proper position for the 3D Touch.
